Our story began in San Jose de la Paz, Jalisco, where family and food shaped who we are today. After moving to the United States, our father worked hard in the restaurant industry for over twenty years, learning everything from the kitchen up. His dedication and passion inspired us to follow in his footsteps and share the same love for Mexican cooking with our new community in Ohio.

In 1999, we opened our first restaurant in Springfield, Ohio, carrying forward our father’s values of quality, service, and care. The community’s support was incredible, and soon guests encouraged us to expand. By 2001, we opened in London, and in 2003, in Xenia. Each new location was built with the same goal—bringing people together over food that feels like home.

What began as a dream has become a local tradition thanks to loyal guests and our amazing staff. We’ve grown, moved into a larger space in Springfield, and continued to serve Ohio with pride. Every plate reflects the hard work, warmth, and gratitude we feel for the families and friends who’ve made our journey possible. We look forward to serving you for many more years.
